Does my customer pay anything when the parcel arrives?

No. All duties, costs and tariffs are included in our fee, 100 percent guaranteed. Nothing is collected at the door.

Is DDP more expensive than sending duty unpaid?

The total is usually lower. There is no separate brokerage fee, and no duty collected at the door with a handling charge on top. You see one number before the parcel leaves.

Which destinations are duty inclusive?

The main markets are, including the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, the Philippines, Singapore, the UAE and western Europe. Ask us about anything outside that list and we will confirm how it is quoted before you send.

How long does delivery take?

Around 5 to 8 days door to door for most markets. Singapore and Metro Manila are 1 to 2 days.

What is the difference between DDP and DDU?

DDP means the sender has paid duty and tax, so delivery is clean. DDU means the person receiving the parcel is invoiced by the carrier before it is released. The full mechanics are in the guide to DDP shipping .

Where We Ship From Thailand

Dragon Courier sends parcels from Bangkok to over 200 destinations. Four routes have their own page, with published prices, real transit times and the customs rules that apply on arrival. Everything else is quoted on request, the same way.

Every price on these pages is DDP. Duties and taxes are paid before the parcel leaves Thailand, so nobody at the other end receives a bill.

The routes with published prices

United States

From 532 THB, around 5 to 8 days. Dragon Courier clears US customs itself and UPS delivers to the door. Since 29 August 2025 every parcel entering the United States carries a duty bill, and the page explains who pays it.

United Kingdom

From 858 THB, around 5 to 8 days, door to door. Export paperwork, documents and customs are handled on this side.

Australia

From 846 THB, around 5 to 8 days, door to door. Australia inspects plant and food material closely, and the page covers what that means for what you are sending.

Philippines

From 338 THB. Metro Manila in 2 to 3 working days, with delivery across all the islands. The shortest and cheapest of the four routes.

Sending something specific

Some shipments follow their own rules rather than the route. Live plants need a phytosanitary certificate and, for protected species, CITES paperwork. Tailored clothing made in Bangkok travels as a personal effect in some countries and as a commercial import in others. Both have their own page.

Anywhere else

The other 200 destinations work the same way. Send the weight, the size and the city, and you get a price with duties and taxes already inside it. No account, no minimum volume, no monthly fee.

Drop-off runs until 17:00, Monday to Saturday, at the Bangkok office on Sukhumvit Soi 4 (217/3 Crystal Garden Building, 3rd floor, Klongtoey 10110) or the Chiang Mai office on Viangbua Road. A pickup can be arranged in Bangkok and Pattaya for a date and time that suits.
