Shipping from Thailand to the USA
Dragon Courier ships parcels from Thailand to the USA door to door, by air, in around 5 to 8 days. All duties, costs and tariffs are inside the fee. Your customer pays nothing on arrival.
Prices start at 532 THB for a 0.5 kg e-commerce parcel, on the price list of 3 August 2026. Message the team on WhatsApp or LINE with what you want to send and you get the number for your own shipment.

Price list of 3 August 2026, duty and tax included. The price is weight and dimension, quoted for the country: a box is billed on whichever is greater, its actual weight or the space it takes up. Lighter parcels cost less: an e-commerce parcel starts at 342 THB at 0.1 kg. Over 30 kg, call the office.
What the price includes
One rate covers customs clearance, transportation, delivery and documentation. That is DDP, delivered duty paid: how it works is on the DDP shipping page. No hidden fees, no surcharges. Nothing extra for an urgent shipment, nothing extra for a remote address.
There is no discount for anybody. One price for all customers, whether you send one box or send every week. The rate you are quoted for your first shipment is the same rate a weekly shipper pays.
Insurance is required on every shipment and covers loss. You choose the declared value when you book.
How the parcel moves
For the USA Dragon Courier runs its own service all the way to the destination, clears customs itself, then UPS does the last leg to the door.
Everything goes by air. Customs clearance is the main selling point of Dragon Courier: the company takes care of everything door to door. Door to door tracking is provided on export day, and you can share the same tracking with the person receiving it. When the delivery is done you receive a file showing proof of delivery.
Dragon Courier intentionally doesn't get signatures on delivery, because a signature is often what delays the delivery. If the recipient is out and the package can't be left somewhere safe, the driver may take it back to the hub for a next day attempt, or leave it at a nearby pick up point.
What we need from you
The contents of the package and the receiver's name, address and contact number. That is the whole list. No other information, and no account is required to start sending.
Drop-off is until 17:00, Monday to Saturday, at the Bangkok office in Sukhumvit Soi 4 or the Chiang Mai office on Viangbua Road. If a pickup is easier, give the team the date and the time you want.
Payment is cash or bank transfer, before export. Any invoice you require can be provided.
Live plants to the USA
Dragon Courier is the number one exporter of live plants in Thailand, and the USA is one of its biggest plant markets. The phytosanitary certificate is arranged for you, free of charge for the USA, along with all import documentation. CITES paperwork for the USA is free too. No import permit is required from you: Dragon Courier holds its own import permit for each market it serves.
Plants ship bare-root with new sphagnum moss, with door to door temperature control, on the fastest flight, all year round including winter. Generally 2 to 4 working days for plants to arrive. Full details on the plant export service page.
Will my customer in the USA have to pay import tax?
No. All duties, costs and tariffs are inside the fee. We clear customs ourselves and your customer pays nothing on arrival.
How long does it take?
Around 5 to 8 days door to door. Plants generally arrive in 2 to 4 working days.
Is there a minimum or maximum quantity?
No. You can ship as much as you like at any time, from one box to weekly volume. Over 30 kg per box, call the office first.
