Shipment cancellations are subject to operational status:

• Shipments not yet dispatched may be eligible for cancellation

• Dispatched shipments cannot be canceled



2.⁠ ⁠Refunds


Refunds may be issued when:

• A service cannot be fulfilled due to operational issues

• An error was caused by Dragon Courier


Refunds are not guaranteed for delays caused by customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or third-party actions.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
